A Russian scientific commission for bovine leukemia virus research visited our faculty and laboratory on Nov. 20, 2019 (cheif visitor: Dr. Irina M. Donnik, vice-president of the Russian Academy of Science).
During their stay, Dr. Tomohiro Okagawa introduced the current status of bovine leukemia in Japan and our scientific strategy for the control of the disease.
We are very happy to discuss the problems and potential solutions for bovine leukemia in Russia and Japan with Russian researchers.
