Special seminar by Dr. Sajiki
In this issue, we will introduce a special seminar by Dr. Yamato Sajiki.
Dr. Yamato Sajiki, a graduate of our laboratory, visited our laboratory and gave a special seminar on November 10. Dr. Sajiki completed his PhD program at our laboratory in March 2021, and is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) in the United States.
In this special seminar, he gave us a broad overview of CCHMC and the laboratory he belongs to, his daily life in Cincinnati, and the latest results and the challenges in his current research. The seminar was very interesting and we were very happy to hear that Dr. Sajiki is actively working in the U.S. as well. He also provided a great encouragement for the students to consider their careers after graduation.
